Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Estimated Shipping Delivery Times
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
Your order will leave our facility on average about 3 business days after ordering. Please allow for up to 7-10 business days for the manufacturing of your product.
Keep in mind that international orders from any company can be held up at customs for a number of reasons and add to the shipping time.
International Shipping
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
The consumer is responsible for customs fees.
Order Never Arrived?
If your order didn't end up arriving, let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address were incorrect - though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address - but we will have to charge you for another.
If the shipping address were correct, get in touch with us at Info@Assistees.com noting your order number. We'll get you taken care of.
